At AireLux, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. We provide clean, well-maintained inflatables and equipment, and our professional team ensures every setup meets strict safety standards. Please review our policies and guidelines before booking your event.
- Supervision
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using inflatables.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed to prevent injuries.
- Age & Size Restrictions
- Follow the recommended age and capacity guidelines for each inflatable.
- Adults and children should not use the inflatable simultaneously unless specifically designed for it.
- Appropriate Use
- Animals and Pets are not allowed inside the inflatables.
- Shoes, sharp objects, face paint, silly string, candy, food, and drinks are not allowed inside inflatables.
- Rough play, flips, or wrestling is prohibited.
- All inflatables must be used on a flat surface with proper clearance.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a credit for a future rental up to one year.
- AireLux reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather conditions.
- The Customer is responsible for discontinuing use of outdoor equipment if conditions become unsafe.
- No refunds are available once equipment is delivered and set up.
- Setup & Take Down
- Only trained AireLux staff are authorized to set up and remove inflatables.
- Equipment must remain anchored and in place during use.
6. Damage & Cleaning Fees
Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, mud, pet waste contamination, or equipment misuse.
7. Payment & Deposit Policies
Deposit amount (usually 25–50%)
- Final payment due 2 days before setup
- Overtime fees
- Late pickup fees
Blower & Electrical Safety Guidelines
For Inflatables:
- All blowers must be plugged into a grounded outlet or generator with proper surge protection.
- Keep electrical cords away from walkways and water.
- Only use the blower supplied by AireLux; do not modify or replace cords.
- Turn off blowers immediately if the inflatable begins to deflate or show instability.
- Never allow children or adults to tamper with blower connections during operation.
For Outdoor Movie Experience:
- Projectors, speakers, and screens must be plugged into GFCI-protected outlets or a generator with appropriate voltage.
- Keep all cords organized and away from foot traffic to prevent tripping hazards.
- Ensure all electrical equipment remains dry and clear of heavy traffic to prevent damage; do not use in wet conditions.
- Allow adequate clearance around the generator and screen for safe airflow and operation.
- Always follow staff instructions regarding setup, operation, and shutdown procedures.
