1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to secure your rental date.
- Final payment is due 2 days before setup.
- Full payment must be received before the day of your event.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund of deposit.
- Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% payment fee.
3. Damage & Liability
- Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines or instructions.
- AireLux is not liable for any injuries that occur during the use of its equipment or rentals.
4. Delivery & Timing
- Arrival times are scheduled based on your rental agreement.
- Please provide sufficient space and access for delivery, setup, and removal.
5. Overtime & Late Pickup Policy
- Overtime Fee:
- At AireLux, we work hard to ensure every customer receives their rental on time. To keep our schedule running smoothly, the following policies apply: Rentals include the agreed-upon rental period listed in your reservation. Additional time may be available upon request and must be approved before your scheduled pickup time. Overtime rates begin at $75 per hour and vary depending on the equipment rented. A 15-minute grace period is provided for scheduled pickups. If our team is delayed because the equipment is not accessible or ready for pickup, a $50 late pickup fee will apply, with additional charges for extended delays $75 per hour for single inflatables $100 per hour if multiple rental items are being kept beyond the scheduled pickup time If you (customer) desire to keep the equipment longer than the agreed rental period: Overtime must be requested and approved in advance and is subject to equipment availability.
- Late Pickup
- The customer is responsible for making the equipment available for pickup. If the equipment isn’t ready at the scheduled time, the following applies: 15-minute grace period $50 late pickup fee after the grace period Additional $25 for every 30 minutes thereafter if our crew must wait For example: 20 minutes late = $50 45 minutes late = $75 75 minutes late = $100

- All inflatables and equipment are sanitized before and after each use.
- AireLux uses commercial-grade PVC cleaners to ensure safety and hygiene.
